Visited here with a group of six on the 7th of September the evening before the regatta being held there. Reservations are of course recommended as the place was busy. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and very casual is acceptable. The food was great with more than generous portions. One bonus was that the one ordered meal was slow to come to our table, it was "on the house" as a consolation. Prices are on the higher side, but you'll see why. Our waitress was great. Sorry I don't recall her name.
Wonderful meal and great staff. Very reasonable prices for Muskoka, Salmon $20 and a 12oz steak $28. Super delicious and highly recommended. Perhaps a larger cocktail list would be great and please open the kitchen till 10 at least on weekends! Go to this place for sure.
We were driving past Gravenhurst and looking to grab a nice family lunch before continuing on.What we found, thanks to other Google reviews, is a great place! Dishes tasted great, servings were more than filling (good to share in most cases) and just fresh.Highly recommend. Only reason we drop that final star is because the service was truly running on 'lake time' but I would say a little more laid back than 'lake time'
This is a great place. I visited twice in the same day I was that impressed. The staff were extremely friendly and the food and drink was outstanding. Even got some live music in the evening. If I had 10 stars Id give it 10.
Super cool restaurant vibe great rustic cottage feel. They had a local live musician while we were having dinner, they were very talented and not overly loud so it didn't ruin dinner conversation. Wait staff was friendly and helpful, prompt service they were able to seat us right away even though we didn't have a reservation which is recommended. Nice offerings from both the bar and the kitchen. Food was great, fresh and flavorful.
