Stevenson's take care of both our business and residential needs.The scope of work they have performed for us over they years is extensive. We have never been disappointed with the quality of work or their ability to deliver within the timeline that they provide. In all cases the work performed was billed at the quoted rate (unless we decided to upgrade some aspect of the job). The largest contributor to my positivity on this company is their ability and capability to handle ALL aspects of our plumbing, heating and electrical needs. Like most working people we find ourselves very busy so I appreciate the fact that Stevenson's can handle all of our needs and we just need to make 1 call. I would recommend Stevenson to my friends and family without hesitation.
Excellent customer service. We are very happy with our experience with Stevenson plumbing starting with the quick response time. We made an urgent call to Brent who was able to arrange a visit the same day within hours. Jordan had to work in -25 degree snowy weather while practically hanging upside down most of the time. Koodos to him! In the office, Susan has also been very helpful and courteous. From this positive experience they have gained our respect and future business.

I was rear ended by one of the Gravenhurst Plumbing employees at a red light, with my three young children in the vehicle. The damage was minimal, and I didn't report to police, knowing the company clearly advertised on the vehicle, knowing they were local and even having a personal connection with them (a family member had been a previous employee). I had assumed there would be no issues. When I personally approached the company, expressing my frustration and anxiety over my car seats (which are recommended to be replaced by manufacturers and insurance in any degree of vehicle collision) the owners refused to give insurance information, claimed the driver in question (who I could describe) hadn't admitted to the incident and then wouldn't return my phone calls. No compensation - and not even an apology. I didn't even bother trying to pursue the damage to my vehicle! After reporting to the police, they lied on their statement saying they had no employees in the area at the time of day. It's disappointing that a local company in a small town doesn't have the integrity to deal with a situation that is the complete fault of their employee in their company branded work vehicle. Advise to others - don't hire from companies that are dishonest and untrustworthy.If you get hit by one of their vehicles, take photos, call police and be as thorough as you possibly can.
NO recommendation here! Over a week ago after a long phone call I was asked to sent details and photos of 2 expensive ($2500+ each) sewage pumps I need (no reply), 4 days later I sent an email asking how it was going, again no reply. Today I phone, speak with Tara and was told they do not do quotes unless you open an account first!!!! Tara said none of this last week, so I've wasted over a week waiting for any kind of answer while worried our remaining pump will be able to handle 150 people. This is extremely poor business conduct. We endeavor to buy locally and support local contractors, we spend tens of thousands of dollars locally every year, I guess this local business doesn't need our support.
