Over an hour late at 6:05om representing Reliance Home Comfort for a replacement hot water tank which I took the day off work for, only to have them walk back out within two minutes. Dont do it!!!!!
Had a leaky valve on hot water tank and Lucas and Dana came to repair and they were in and out in no time. Very polite and explained the problem and system for us. Thanks for the prompt service.
Don't, Just don't...unless you want to wait over four weeks for them to deliver and install a hot water tank, sponge bathing in water heated on the stove and develop a Staph. infection like I did. Nobody I've talked to has had a good experience with these people, want to join us? I only give them a star because zero stars isn't accepted for some reason. Appalling service.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I took time off work to sit at home and wait for them when they said they would show (3 TIMES) and they didn't even have the respect to call me or answer my messages I left for them.
