Prices were a bit high but staff was helpful and friendly. They were out of ice on the Saturday afternoon of a long weekend which was inconvenient but they had everything else we needed.
Some of the cashiers are abit slow and dont really pay attention and could use an attitude upgrade- other than that it is s nice place to do your shopping.
A great, convenient place to grab some last minute grocies, or plenty of food. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is very decorative. The produce tastes excellent, would come back again if I lived closer to it.
This grocery store always seems to have a hard time stocking the things you're looking for. Maybe it's just because it's busy in the summer so they sell out of things faster than they can re-stock them, and in the winter I understand if they pull back on perishables, but even still.... drive all the way to the store for some fresh dill for your salmon dinner? Nope. Sold out. Need basil? Sold out of that too. Asparagus? Nope. Just sold out. Feel bad leaving a negative review. Just been disappointed so many times.
Very disappointed over multiple visits. Flyer items are often out of stock. The meat dept and its manager are a customer disservice. Snarky, borderline rude and flyer specials are rarely in stock. Recently, we argued over a ground beef special which he insisted was Loblaw not Independent until we showed him a photo of the signboard at the front of the store. Avoid this store.
