I get the self checkout. But hand held scanners would nice so you don’t have to struggle with the heavier items. Cashiers don’t have to do why make customers
The pharmacist was very nice and helpful. My family was just visiting Gravenhurst for a weekend getaway, and he was able to fill the prescription from our family doctor in Kitchener.
I had the most wonderful experience with Laurie today. At the time she was at the checkout. Having had hand surgery yesterday, she offered her assistance. Her sense of humour and mine regarding my injury really gelled. She also trouble shot for another customer who was new at using a coupon. Her smile, excellent customer service and her sense of humour made my day better. I would purposely seek her out the next time I visit.
Just moved here from southern Ontario and needed my prescriptions transferred and put on auto refills. The Pharmacy team are helpful, kind and accommodating. Very good.
Very happy with the service. Pharmacy team is getting better day by day . pick up is quicker than ever before . Thank you to new owner for getting second cash-out option in pharmacy . Not sure how come previous owner never thought to bring in - line up used to be so crazy. Also thank you for cleaning up all old bushes . Also appreciated pothole fixing request to city by the owner at the parking entrance.
My daughter and I came in for some cough syrup etc and, by the time we were done perusing, both of us needed the facilities. I knew I'd be ok but I wasn't sure if my daughter could make it the 35+ minutes to home. I asked if there was a bathroom she could use and the cashier very politely showed us the restroom we could use. If you've ever had a potty emergency you know how important this is! The cashier was extremely polite and very empathetic! I hope she gets a customer service commendation! I think if I found out that she faced disciplinary action I would definitely NOT return to this store! It's refreshing to find young people who actually care about the well-being of others!
Today I needed evaporated milk to make a dessert and I didn’t want to go to the supermarket that is further away and the best thing was that I had a 25% discount, and now I know that if you have an emergency and need something for your house I think there will always be a shopper nearby to help you in those moments
