The hosts Elaine and David were absolutely lovely! Theyre both such interesting people that youd want to stay just to chat with them! I loved that they include canoes, kayaks, life jackets... the full works for you! Elaines breakfasts are amazing!! The place is gorgeous, very well kept and clean. Its a really cozy comfortable place for a weekend getaway.

Best business trip everI was lost in translation in Toronto and had a week-end to spend in the area. I was feeling lonely and wanted to be connected to nature and hopefully nice people when I bumped into Elaine and Dave by chance.I discovered the nicest people on earth, warm and very genuine welcome, a lot of stories to share from wine to Chile, economy and politics to art and spirituality, these guys have a wonderful range of expectations and interest and their company is sweet and nurishing.In addition to that they are on a "private" lake, I had the chance to canoe on the lake on my own, alone, on a very quite water, with the sunset, the ducks, one of the most wonderful experience ever.Go there outside the touristic season if you want to charge your inner batteries.This guest house deserve the best guest ^^

Go for the stars. Cater to different diets. Excellent dock, swimming, and place to relax. Close to great restaurants in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge. The Torrence site is nearby.
