We rented a jet ski for 3 days from Northern Lakes. Spoke to Blake on the phone, he was awesome. Had Billy deliver it, a true local with great energy. Blake picked up the jet ski. Both pick up and drop off were efficient and so easy. A great company to rent any watercraft from. Thank you! It added a lot to our vacation.

The team has been extremely professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The boat needed service (due to operator error) and they dispatched a service technician within the hour that had the boat operating again in 10 mins. Turns out the service technician was the owner, Ryan. Great guy and really takes pride in being the best at customer service in the Muskoka area. I highly recommend anyone to rent from them!
We've rented from Ryan and his team for five years in a row now. Boat deliveries and pickup are always on time, drivers are a lot of fun and very informative. I call Ryan before booking and he walks me though what will fit our wants/needs, and always has practical suggestions. Absolutely 5 star, highly recommend.
Best place to rent a boat! On time , great communication and maintained inventory. The delivery and pick up is great as a non trailer owner. We rent cottages that have public boat launches for this reason. They have a large selection of inventory. Book early. You won’t be disappointed. Other marinas take deposits , don’t show up on time or forget to supply extra gas. This is my second time renting from Ryan! See you next year!
I have only spoken to them on the phone when I got ripped off by another company that tries to impersonate them but the level of customer service they delivered was impeccable. DO NOT DEAL WITH NORTHERN BOAT RENTALS!!!! Those are the guys who stole over 700 from me.
