My daughter broke her Rainbow Loom hook. Looked all over Montreal and could only buy a complete kit and not the hook separately. Found Applause Toy Store who sold the hooks as a separate stand alone item. They promised a delivery but then had to extend it due to a Supplier issue. They promised a bag of loom bands to make up for my disappointed daughter.We received the hooks but no loom bands. I did not think anything of it and decided to let it slide. After all my daughter was now happy creating more loom designs.To my surprise in the mail today, they sent a package of loom bands. They came through on their promise and with not prompting from my part.GREAT customer service. Great store. Highly recommend these people.
