I called on a Friday to ask if there was a time to get one nail repaired. She said, "come tomorrow". I called the following day to see if she had any time at 1 pm ( on my lunch at work) and she goes "UGH" fine.... than I asked how much one nail to replace would be, and she said $10.00. which is an unreasonable expectation.. worst customer service I have ever seen, I wouldn't get my nails at this place if you paid to me too.
Well i had shellac done on Friday evening. By Monday mid day 8 out of 10 fingers were already coming off and by Tuesday i had an entire 5 nails come off fully. I called and she said to come in by the next day but it honestly isnt even worth my time going back. Sad to say i had to even give one star. Focus on quality not how many can be done in an hour.
Rude to customers. Rushed work. I went in for a nail painting only. My nails have bumps in the varnish because she didn't clean off the dust. Rushed me out the door when they were not dry yet. Her english is very bad. Got mad at me for repeating the request of two elders who wanted two Manis and pedis. "I'm not an idiot. I speak English". Been an esl teacher for 5+ years. And she is very difficult to understand, speaks very fast and to elders. Talks under her chin. She repeated "one pedicure" four times with no intenation or no use of full sentences. You need to use full sentences when communicating and look at the people you are talking to with your mask off so individuals can understand you. And use complete full sentences with intenation. Terrible customer service and terrible work.
Linda is awesome! she always fits me in last minute.. I come in every two weeks...my shellac nails always look fabulous. .I would highly recommend coming in!
Went in for a walk-in appointment for an acrylic set - the $30 pricing advertised outside drew me in. I walked in and was handed a phone by an older woman (who spoke no English) and was shown a sign which said Wait five minutes. Call this number (a phone number). I called the number and a woman, Im aasuming Linda, answered and said she was five minutes away. I waited and she arrived in about 10 minutes. Linda did my nails, while on video call with someone - she seemed to be paying much more attention to the call than to me. She did not ask my how I would like my nails to look not what length, and when I asked for a more circular nail I was ignored. She was rather snappy with me, continuing to text on her phone while trimming my acrylics and, as a result, my nails are uneven and very very thick. Once my polish was finished and my hands were drying, Linda got up to start on a pedicure, leaving me sitting there for 10+ minutes. After coming over to me after I got my wallet out of my purse, she proceeded to charge me more than the advertised $30 (even though tax was already included, as a sign said) and then scolded me for the chips in my nails (which happened while she was distracted).I dont usually write about bad customer service experiences online because I really dont want to damage business. However, this was a really unpleasant experience and Im thoroughly unsatisfied with my nails.
