A peaceful day in a lovely community beside a beautiful lake, swimming in a fresh warm water made the best weekend. Drive up to the beach, you don't have to pay for parking. Many picnic tables to use. Enjoy your day!
First time visiting. Will be back. What a great spot to rest while travelling. Have a picnic or go to the food bar. We picniced and got ice cream before we left. Cost 11.00 for two jr and one regular. There's a nice beach too and if you Google the place there's concerts and other events.
This beach had nice sand and life guards during the day. It was a great place to go with the family for the day. There was even live music and great little food trucks and tents to buy a snack or cute hand made items. It got pretty crowded mid afternoon but was happy to see someone out enforcing the parking laws and ticketing the less considerate patrons.
Nice lake and good for having fun in the water. You can spend Time on the boat. Bring your boat and food. You can bring own food or you can do BBQ here. Have enough sitting room. You can bring soccer to play in the field.
