I had a problem with my 2018 Spark this spring. Contacted Northland Recreation and was greeted with warmth and respect. The support I received was excellent. Their professional and knowledgeable advice got me back on the water in no time. I highly recommend them.
Took my sled in for service and when I got it back I checked a couple things and found the primary clutch not totally cleaned. When I contacted them to make them aware I received no response. Not too good on customer aftercare. I was too quick to say I got no response because it did come shortly after my post .

Very helpful took wrong key for sled reprogram it in 10 min got me on my way ?. Open for outdoor pickup just call in your order pick it up on table outside the door.
Convienient location but not worth it. The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because the representative at the windermere location was very nice over the phone. The customer service rep for the parts desk at the hwy 11 location was rude and unprofessional at best. Addressed it with the owner Jon, he left it unresolved. I even offered to pay to ship my parts so I wouldn't have to go back in... no response.
We called since we had a sled that would not take a charge to the battery. This dealership went beyond expectations and helped us right away to get us back on the trails by fixing the machine as soon as we brought it in. Our weekend could have been ruined from the sled being down. Great job Northland!!! We will be back for sure, our friends were extremely impressed. Your mechanic Rick was top notch and very helpful with our difficult situation.
