Great service. Quote was timely and the work was completed professionally within a few weeks. I had tried getting quotes from 3 other local vendors and none returned calls or emails.This company responded quickly, did the quote, applied for the eco grant and the install was done all within weeks. Very easy to liaise with. Highly recommend.
Customer service is mediocre. Unfortunately can't recommend this. They will come and charge you full diagnostics even when you already know what needs to be replaced and won't go to perform the full diagnostics that you are paying for 139, even if you decide to proceed with the repairs. Feels like a money grab then actually a diagnostics. Since they came to diagnose I asked if they will diagnose if everything else is in order and I was told I have to buy a separate package for it. I guess their definition of diagnostics on the unit is different than what it actually is so that's already a red flag. To us diagnostics meaning you take a full look at the full picture and make sure everything is the way its supposed to. Not come for less than 5 min and charge full price just to tell me "Yeah its exactly what you said was needed" and the rest you'll guess if you need anything else or not. Absolutely horrible. We had these guys install the furnace few years ago. They had to redo it because once they finished we asked how come there is no place to put a filter and they forgot about it so they had to redo some of the work to get that fitted. It wasn't a big deal at a time but since it wasn't setup properly then, it was a lot harder to perform the maintenance now as we found out... Overall we were disappointed but since the tech who did the replacement valve went the extra mile to get the job done right we giving it a 3 star. The technician alone deserves a 5 star.
The crew was excellent! They were efficient and the job was completed in a timely manner. They explained everything to us regarding the new heat pump they installed and the new thermostat. They answered all our questions and had the areas worked in cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend!
The tech arrived when he was sheduled, the updates to sched were helpful. They were professional and did good work. Thank u Update: i had to call the original hvac tech cause this guy wired the unit to be always on. Fixed correctly now
