Hugely disappointed!! The staff are great but not the OWNER!! She does not support families with young kids. Probably why there is no quiet child entertainment to be seen. I have been going there for years to get my 4 kids hair done, and never been treated like this. I will not be back.
Good place to go when your not sure what you want to do with your hair they will give input it really helps when you are unsure what you want very nice people very welcoming
I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to set up a hair cut. My appointment was today at 3:30 . I arrived a few minutes early to find out they had not properly booked my appointment . I took the afternoon off of work and was rudely told by them that they had no availability but they could take me tomorrow ......well I work tomorrow. They made me feel very uncomfortable and where very snotty towards me , as if I had lied about the whole ordeal. As someone who works in an office that takes appointments I would never just show up somewhere and expect to get in .....! It makes me sad that I will NOT be returning to this hair salon because Chelsea has done my hair before and I loved her work ......She is the only reason ill give this place 2 stars instead of 1 !!!
I popped in when I was in the area for a wedding, and a stylist by the name of Chelsea cut my hair and styled it for the wedding. She was fantastic! Very kind person, and really keen eye for what style would look good on me. It was the first time my hair felt longer AFTER it was cut! I highly recommend Chelsea!
